90 minute private or small group lesson
Individually scheduled 90 minute appointments.
Sessions can focus on a specific curling skill or introduce the basics of curling (rules of play, sliding, throwing and/or sweeping skills).
Wear stretchy, warm clothing and bring a clean pair of running shoes.
Head protection is recommended for new curlers (required for children 13 and under).
All other equipment will be provided!
